Malaysia is a federal constitutional monarchy in Southeast Asia. It consists of thirteen states and three federal territories and has a total landmass of 329,847 square kilometers (127,350 sq mi). 


It is separated by the South China Sea also known as West and East Malaysia   Land borders are shared with Thailand, Indonesia, and Brunei, and maritime borders exist with Singapore, Vietnam, and the Philippines including the three earlier. The capital city is Kuala Lumpur, while Putrajaya is the seat of the federal government. The population as of 2009 stood at over 28 million.

Since the independence, Malaysia has had one of the best economic records in Asia, with GDP growing an average 6.5% for the first 50 years of independence. The economy of the country has, traditionally, been fuelled by its natural resources, but is now also expanding in the sectors of science, tourism, commerce and medical tourism.
The head of state is the Yang di-Pertuan Agong is the Head of the state, an elected monarch chosen from the hereditary rulers of the nine Malay states every five years,

while The head of government is the Prime Minister. The government system is closely modelled on the Westminster parliamentary system and the legal system is based on English Common Law. The country is multi-ethnic and multi-cultural base society.

An inflammation of the tendon at the HEEL

On Tuesday November 23rd 2010, it is reported that our beloved Deputy Prime Minister has cancelled a visit to Sarawak scheduled for Tuesday and Wednesday because of tendonitis. His doctor advised Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin to take a rest. The Barisan Nasional number two apologized for the cancellation and now resting at his house.

Rescuing Datuk Seri Najib

Menteri Kesihatan, Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai mengatakan Datuk Seri Najib Razak yang dimasukkan ke wad VVIP di Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) pada 5hb November 2010 akibat mengalami rasa tidak selesa dalam perut mungkin berpunca daripada cacar yang dihidapi Perdana Menteri sejak beberapa hari lalu. Datuk Seri Najib memerlukan rehat yang mencukupi dan akan diletakkan dalam pemerhatian untuk tempoh beberapa hari bagi memantau perkembangan kesihatannya.

 Dr Mohd Ismail menyatakan endoskopi yang dilakukan ke atas Najib menunjukkan Perdana Menteri mengalami ulser dan gastritis ringan, tetapi sudah diberi rawatan. 

Pada 7hb November 2010, Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Razak dibenarkan keluar Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), selepas dimasukkan ke hospital sejak Khamis lalu setelah memberi respon yang baik terhadap rawatan yang diberikan dan akan mengikuti diet biasa. Beliau dinasihati berehat di kediamannya dan akan mengikuti jadual pemeriksaaan perubatan.
